| Abemaciclib | Manufacturer states that grapefruit, grapefruit juice and products containing grapefruit extract should be avoided. Co-administration of a CYP3A inhibitor (clarithromycin) resulted in a 3.4-fold increase in the plasma exposure of abemaciclib | Grapefruit contraindicated.
