Overview:

  • B-cell lymphoma with Reed-Sternberg cells (CD15+, CD30+)
  • Four subtypes: Nodular sclerosis, mixed cellularity, lymphocyte-rich, lymphocyte-depleted

Presentation:

Painless lymphadenopathy (often cervical), B symptoms, mediastinal mass

Treatment:

  • ABVD or Brentuximab-based regimens
  • ISRT in select cases (e.g., bulky disease)

Prognosis: High cure rate, especially in early-stage
